AAA 西島隆弘、オーストラリア森林火災に10万ドルを寄付 「支援の輪」呼びかける

ダンス＆ボーカルグループAAAの西島隆弘が、2020年1月29日（水）、公式Twitterを更新。大規模な森林火災により甚大な被害がもたらされているオーストラリアに10万ドルの寄付をしたことを明かした。

いまなお各国から救助支援や募金活動などが行われ、多くの著名人らも復興支援に乗り出す中、昨年＜ANA パース直行便 就航キャンペーン＞CMに起用されていた西島も動いた。
Twitterによると、2つの支援団体に合わせて10万ドルを寄付したとあり、日本語と英語で支援の輪を呼びかけている。

ANAから東京⇔Perthの直行便が始まるCM撮影で昨年オーストラリアへ初めて行き、素晴らしい景色と優しい人達可愛い動物達に出逢いました。
訪れたパース近郊は森林火災の影響はないようですがオーストラリアの素晴らしい環境がこれ以上失われないように、そして早急に復興を願うと共に２つの支援団体に気持ちを贈りました。

Last year I had a great privilege of being involved in All Nippon Airline Ad campaign that promoted flight from Tokyo Japan to Perth Australia.
It was the first time that I ever visited Australia and was amazed at Australia’s beautiful natural landscapes.
Moreover, I was able to meet the wonderful people of Australia and also meet the cute animals that lived there.
Even though the Perth that I visited last year was not affected by the fire,
I pray that natural beauty of Australia will not be lost anymore and pray for a fast recovery.
I have donated a total of AU $ 100,000 to two of the organizations in Australia that is helping the fire recovery.
